PLEASE READ OUR TERMS OF SERVICE
Services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of International, Federal or State regulation is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret laws.
If you are found in violation of the Hosting Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Use. Your account will be terminated.
Examples of content that is not acceptable on Servers: "Pirated software" or "Warez", "Hacker programs and/or archives", "IRC Bots", "Gambling Related"," Copyrighted Mp3's", and "Anime".
NO Safelists. There are just too many members abusing the safelists, having their email address being returned over and over again causing a "bounce" reaction and it overloads the servers.
No FFA Sites. This again takes too much load on the server, and thats not fair for the rest of the customers to have to suffer because of this.
OPT-In/Out Mailing lists are not permitted on our servers. If you intend to e-mail thousands of users daily then this plan is not for you - So In other words, no sending out LARGE quantity of emails are NOT Permitted on this server!
No High bandwidth usage will be tolerated - mainly listed are usually from safelists, auto surf programs & mail services. Or any other programs that cause high bandwidth usage. If I find a person that is causing very high CPU & bandwidth, you will be SUSPENDED immediately!
Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. Audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the creator and copyright owner of the work.
Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
We do NOT host adult sites, Beastiality, child pornography and Incest or pages dealing with minors are NOT accepted. No illegal content can be hosted with us, nor can you link to it or provide information about it.
We make no representation and give no warranty as to the accuracy or quality of information received by any person via the Server and we shall have no liability for any loss or damage to any data stored on the Server.
